We are looking for a Senior React Software Engineer to lead our Development team in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the Americas. About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Technical Lead to join our team and participate in the development of cutting-edge web applications using React. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of React-based web applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and industry standards
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure that all code meets the highest standards

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on React
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, patterns, and best practices
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
