Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physical-chemical analyses of finished products, raw materials, and packaging
- Open non-conformity reports
- Investigate internal deviations and customer complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment (Laboratories and sample room)
- Review and develop procedures
- Input results and movements into the SAP system
- Participate in internal and external meetings
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Production, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields
- Experience in quality assurance
- Knowledge of ISO 17025, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and/or BRC, IFS, and/or laboratory-related tools
- Knowledge and training in quality tools such as Kaizen, CAPdo, PDCA, or similar
