Site Reliability Engineering Professional

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and efficiency of our systems. Your expertise in AWS Cloud, EKS, Terraform, and Helm will help us to build and maintain scalable infrastructure.
You will work closely with other teams to provide 24/7 on-call support for critical SaaS events and manage alerts daily. Your proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions will be invaluable to our organization.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally with mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps. You will also be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities- Manage alerts daily and escalate issues as needed
- Be part of a team that provides 24/7 on-call support for critical SaaS events
- Document issues and remediation steps
- Proactively create monitors in the EKS/K8S ecosystem
- Deploy to EKS/K8s cluster using Terraform and Helm
- 2+ years of professional experience
- Experience working with Datadog
- Hands-on experience as an AWS Cloud Engineer
- Working knowledge of EKS/Terraform/Helm
- Working experience with Docker and Docker Swarm
