Key Responsibilities:- Determine product supply needs by researching potential suppliers and assessing their capabilities.
- Communicate pricing and performance requirements to vendors and suppliers, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Negotiate favorable procurement contracts and prices with selected vendors and suppliers, leveraging industry expertise and market knowledge.
- Evaluate and select reliable suppliers based on product quality, cost-efficiency, and service level agreements.
- Maintain and update supplier lists, including qualifications, delivery times, and potential future developments, to ensure informed decision-making.
- Prepare detailed cost-benefit analysis reports for review by managers, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- At least 2 years of experience in supply management or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in SAP or SAP B1 software, with the ability to analyze data and optimize business processes.
- Degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management, or a related field, with a strong foundation in theoretical and practical aspects.
- Experience in managing inventory, including forecasting, replenishment, and optimization strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL analysis tools and mathematical analysis, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Advanced level of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.
