Technical Lead

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to oversee the development of our eCommerce platform.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team;
    - Develop and maintain high-quality code;
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success;
    - Identify and implement process improvements;
    - Mentor and develop junior engineers;

Requirements:

  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • - 4+ years of experience in Shopify development, with knowledge of Shopify Plus;
    - Solid understanding of the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies;
    - Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail;
    - Experience with page performance optimization and secure development practices;
    - Knowledge of front-end caching, CDNs, and request-response flow;
    - Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira;
    - Strong verbal and written communication skills;
    - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team;
    - Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset;
    - Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new technologies and procedures;
