Kenvue is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our Global FP&A Team in São Paulo. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in maximizing business value from FP&A, combining business acumen with forward-looking analytics to deliver insights that drive our business towards a healthier future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create advanced analytics to support business decisions and improve profitability and financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement financial reporting standards and best practices.
  • Design and implement advanced analytics tools to support a self-service way of working and drive business insights.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders to inform business decisions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A, with a focus on financial analysis and reporting.
  • Advanced skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and recommend process improvements.
