Refugee Resettlement Specialist

This role entails providing tailored integration and orientation services for individuals and families who have been resettled in the UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing practical and emotional support to facilitate a seamless transition to life across Leicestershire and Rutland.
- Managing a demanding caseload and prioritizing effectively to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
- Collaborating with external agencies to deliver positive outcomes for vulnerable families.
To excel in this position, you will need:
- Experience in delivering high-quality services that yield positive results for relocated individuals or families who speak English as a second language.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise discretion when addressing complex situations.
- Strong written communication skills, including the capacity to produce clear and concise support plans and reports.
Please note that this role requires flexibility and mobility, with the post holder expected to work across the County and Rutland and attend meetings at various locations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective support strategies for clients.
- Building relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
- Conducting thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized support plans.
