**Key Responsibilities**

This role will work with a large volume of data and agreed-upon calendars with clients. The ideal candidate will be prepared for the challenge and able to work well under pressure, common in the routine of providing services to the final customer (Outsourcing, accounting businesses).

**Requirements**

Minimum 6 years of experience in all personnel department routines such as vacations, resignations, payroll, accounting, provision process (13th salary and vacations), validation process, and elaboration of monthly and annual legal reports, payment guides.

**Technical Skills**

Experience and knowledge in the SAP HR system - minimum 4 years of experience acting as a user in this tool - mandatory for the position.

**Additional Requirements**

Experience and knowledge in working with end-of-year reports such as DIRF / Income Tax Report (Income Statement).

Experience and knowledge in working with the federal application and DCTFweb application and SEFIP application.

Experience and knowledge in relation to validation routines of payroll (minimum 5 years)

Experience and knowledge in relation to accounting reconciliation and accounting provisions (vacations and 13th salary)

Experience in the business area of Outsourcing or Accounting is an important differential (service provider).

Experience in validation methodologies such as standard documents, work instructions, check-list, audit documents, SLA (service level agreement) metrics.

Experience in working with a large volume of data, processing

Experience in working with "retifications" of legal reports.

Experience in the SAP HR system with the "Retrocalculo" process
