The daily tasks will include:

• Acting on the modernization of data architecture, focusing on the transition from legacy environments (mainframe) to modern and cloud-ready solutions.
• SUPPORTING DEVELOPMENT TEAMS AND PRODUCTS IN THE CONSTRUCTION AND RESTRUCTURING OF DATA MODELS ALIGNED TO NEW TECHNOLOGIES.
• Defining and implementing access, security, and data governance standards in mainframe and hybrid environments.
• Becoming a technical reference in data architecture organization at Cielo, promoting standardization and good practices.
• Performing tuning and performance analysis of SQL commands (DML), focusing on efficiency and scalability.
• Managing DB2 resources in mainframe environments, including buffers, allocations, and usage by programs.
• Proposing and implementing automated and intelligent solutions for database environment management.

What does Time Cielo expect from you?

• Complete Higher Education in Technology, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, and Data Processing;
• Solid experience with data architecture in mainframe environments (especially DB2);
• Knowledge of strategies for modernizing legacy systems. Mastery of SQL and performance analysis;
• Experience with agile teams and DevOps/DataOps culture;
• Deep knowledge of the DB2 database management system, including its features, tools, and commands;
• Knowledge of the Mainframe environment, including its components and operating systems and Cobol language;
• Ability to write and optimize SQL queries;
• Ability to analyze database traces and identify performance bottlenecks;
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex problems;
• Experience with agile methodologies Resolutory, proactive, and excellent teamwork capacity.
