Key Responsibilities- Manage and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Receive sales forecasts and transportation projects to understand adjustments in logistics chains.
- Support 3P operations daily, identifying improvement opportunities and managing business improvements.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand upstream and downstream process or technology dependencies critical to successful program execution.
- Continuously seek to improve processes and unblock bottlenecks, maintaining and updating relevant process documentation and communicating to ensure compliance.
- Communicate with external customers (carriers, vendors/suppliers) and internal customers.
- Generate and analyze reports.
- Work closely with 3P to solve daily operational issues.
- Define network support, including transit times, rate cards, operational costs, and performance.
The Marketplace team is young, energetic, and fully committed to achieving Amazon's goals. We have a fun and dynamic work environment, and we're open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Sao Paulo, SP, BRA.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Solid analytical skills and capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills (Portuguese and English written and verbally).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced data analysis skills, with the ability to extract and synthesize data to make data-backed business decisions.
- Experience in transportation and/or supply chain in segments like operations, manufacturing, industry, e-commerce, or something related.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, with advanced knowledge.
