About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Consultant to join our team at Google. As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales, and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead deployment and adoption of security and compliance products across all entities, including acquisitions and bets.
  • Provide technical consultancy and advice on best practices, topologies, solutions, and other deployment patterns in collaboration with Engineering teams and other cross-functional groups.
  • Advocate for and interpret customer needs to Engineering and Product teams to influence future product development efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Technical Program Management teams to develop solutions and provide consulting services that cater to customer needs and forge lasting relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting, and 1 year of experience in technical leadership.
  • 1 year of experience in technical troubleshooting and writing code in one or more programming languages.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience working with customers and delivering innovative technical solutions.
  • Understanding of security and compliance domains.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
