About the Role:You will be working on building next-generation AI and large language models. As a specialist, you will be instrumental in teaching these models to think, reason, and communicate with greater fluency and human-like nuance.
Main Responsibilities:- Developing training data sets for AI models to enhance their accuracy, coherence, and voice.
- Annotating data to help AI models align with human values.
- Improving grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers.
- Contributing to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes.
- Working in a dynamic environment and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Native-level fluency in Portuguese and strong proficiency in English.
- Excellent writing, editing, and linguistic analysis skills.
- Deep understanding of grammar, syntax, and stylistic subtleties.
- Research skills and fact-checking ability.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Candidates must pass project-specific assessments designed to evaluate their language proficiency and analytical abilities.
