Job Overview

The role involves supporting and overseeing designated responsibilities related to the organization, planning, and execution of Patient Recruitment and Retention strategies for assigned studies.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective delivery of tactics associated with the recruitment and retention approach.

Engage with internal project teams to execute and assess the effectiveness of the recruitment and retention tactical plan, while generating and providing project reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aid Management in fulfilling the scope of work, objectives, quality of deliverables, and other project-related activities as required
  • Facilitate coordination of project tasks for team members to ensure that project milestones are achieved
  • Assist in monitoring resources to ensure sufficient coverage to meet project deliverables and timelines
  • Conduct follow-up communications regarding patient referrals, tracking logs, receipt of Recruitment and Retention materials, etc.
Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4 years of experience in an administrative role. Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable.
  • General understanding of the clinical trial landscape and drug development processes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and presentation software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a good command of English
