- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields;
- Experience in product development and CAD tools;
- Knowledge of mechanical components, devices, and injection mold development;
- Advanced English;
- Availability for 100% on-site work.
- Define concepts and technical specifications for new products and updates, ensuring technical feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and quality;
- Develop and implement mechanical solutions in products and processes, considering deadlines, cost, and performance;
- Research and propose new technologies, concepts, and production devices in collaboration with the engineering team;
- Oversee homologation and validation tests, analyzing failures and suggesting continuous improvements;
- Monitor industry trends and contribute to innovation projects and new product development.
