Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Facility Supply Professional I to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you'll be responsible for operating and monitoring the Global Supply Network procurement functions to meet defined response time, cost, quality, and lean targets. You'll collaborate with business partners and suppliers, and resolve facility-specific supplier issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise in the launching and management of purchase orders for a facility, ensuring terms are correct.
  • Support and participate in projects/initiatives to fully satisfy facilities' expectations.
  • Assist in the management of local subcontractors with input from the Category buyer related to the overall strategy.
  • Collaborate with supply chain to understand and monitor inventory levels, relating it back to the overall network in terms of short dating, past dues, and supplier shipping and delivery performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Foreign Trade.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience related to Purchasing, Foreign Trade, Supply Chain.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Pre-Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Negotiation, Organization, Teamwork, Sense of Urgency, Customer Focus, Effective Communication, Analytical Capacity, Problem Solving, and Planning skills.

Desirable Qualifications

  • CAT systems Lognet.
  • Knowledge of BlueZone Automation.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and MS Access.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
