Job Overview

As a Legal Counsel, you will provide expert legal support to the Global Lending Unit team on structured lending and financing transactions. You will collaborate closely with the Equity Derivatives team on matters involving structured products and financing solutions.

You will be responsible for reviewing and drafting lending agreements, guarantee agreements, and other key legal documents. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal advice on structured lending and financing transactions;
  • Collaborate with the Equity Derivatives team on matters involving structured products and financing solutions;
  • Review and draft lending agreements, guarantee agreements, and other key legal documents;
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations;
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in legal roles related to lending, financing, and guarantees;
  • Background in finance, banking, or capital markets;
  • Knowledge of Brazilian financial regulations and cross-border legal matters;
  • Admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association;
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English;
  • Strong communication and drafting skills.
