Program Manager - Cybersecurity Services

Join a dynamic team at DataArt Solutions, Inc. as a Program Manager - Cybersecurity Services. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Program Managers to ensure successful project delivery across multiple global programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, define, and implement PMO processes, procedures, and reporting in alignment with industry best practices and audit requirements.
  • Develop and manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure efficient planning, estimation, and scheduling.
  • Manage resource planning and monitoring across multiple global programs, with a focus on interdependencies.
  • Lead a team of PMOs to ensure successful project delivery and establish effective mechanisms for planning, estimating, and scheduling tasks in the delivery pipeline.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain key PMO processes, reports, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • Establish and maintain program delivery KPIs, performance metrics, and reports based on industry standards.
  • Oversee the delivery pipeline, ensuring efficient planning, estimation, and scheduling.
  • Update and maintain project management documentation and processes in line with PMO best practices.
  • Implement tracking systems for key program delivery KPIs, benefits realization, and performance reporting.
  • Provide regular communication and reporting to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and the board.
Requirements:
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or other PM certifications.
  • Experience in managing resource planning in technical organizations.
  • Strong experience with Jira and Confluence, using these tools to visualize delivery processes.
  • Experience working within SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Agile).
  • Extensive experience in Change Management.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proactive leader with a drive to meet objectives.
  • Experience in capacity planning at a global scale, managing interdependencies across programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to achieve business goals.
  • Skilled facilitator of cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, focused on removing roadblocks and driving resolutions.
  • Experience leading a team of PMOs.
  • Self-motivated, taking initiative to ensure progress and continuous improvement.
  • Trusted team player with high emotional intelligence (EQ) who follows through on commitments.
  • Highly organized and timeline-driven.
  • Proficient in Jira and Confluence for visualizing and managing delivery processes.
  • Experience in reporting to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and board.
