Job Role: Sourcing & Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing & Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end purchasing processes, building partnerships with clients to develop and maintain category strategies, and creating preferred supplier panels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchasing Planning: Develop comprehensive purchasing plans that meet business needs and achieve cost savings.
  • Supplier Management: Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure compliance, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Category Strategies: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement category strategies that drive value and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, with a strong understanding of end-to-end purchasing processes.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
