Senior Commercial Real Estate Outreach Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified capital providers and senior team members
- Conduct introductory calls with lenders and investors to capture high-level criteria, including preferred loan types, deal sizes, and geographic focus
- Review lender websites, industry databases, and online resources to identify, update, and validate current lending programs and parameters
- Review and update existing capital provider investment parameters in CRM systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Work closely with senior team members to align outreach efforts with active deals and capital-raising initiatives
- Prepare and share weekly progress updates on outreach activities, database updates, and key findings from conversations
- Stay current on industry trends, lender activity, market conditions, and competitor movements within the U.S. commercial real estate sector; provide valuable insights to the team
