  5. Vendor Management: Maintain effective communication with vendors and suppliers for procurement needs, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  6. Confidentiality: Handle confidential information with utmost discretion, adhering to company confidentiality policies and procedures.
  7. Contract Management: Manage and organize contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. HR Support: Collect market best practices and internal feedback on HR policies, statistics, and analysis of related data for HRD managers' review and continuous improvement on HR processes and services.
  9. Employee Experience: Ensure a good employee experience on onboarding and offboarding procedures, including workforce administration, employee life cycle, and exit administration.

Requirements:

  1. Bilingual: Bilingual in English is a must.
  2. Experience: Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
  3. HR Operations: Previous experience in HR operations or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  4. Office Procedures: Knowledge of general office procedures and budgeting principles.
  5. Technical Skills: Proficient with MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook in particular).
  6. Soft Skills: Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
