Technical Relationship Manager - Enterprise Technology Specialist

This role is a key component of our team, playing a critical part in ensuring the reliability and performance of our products and solutions for clients.

We're expanding due to rapid business growth. Our clients operate with numerous interconnected systems to manage trading, evaluate risk, track profits and losses, and ensure timely settlement.

  • As an Enterprise Technology Specialist / Technical Relationship Manager, you'll be a key point of contact for our client base, working alongside our global team to support and grow our business by delivering technical application support and integration expertise.
  • You'll partner with Pre-Sales to engage prospective clients and demonstrate our value, focusing on supporting a broad range of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) workflows between our system and client systems — spanning protocols such as SWIFT, FIX, XML, SFTP, MQ, and Web APIs.
  • Your role is two-fold: to ensure stable, secure workflows and to build trusted client partnerships. You'll be the go-to technical advisor for a set of strategic accounts, proactively managing integration health and helping clients get the most from our solutions.
  • You'll also act as the voice of the client — collaborating with Product Managers, Business Leads, and Engineers to shape our offerings based on real-world feedback and market dynamics.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by:

  • Delivering outstanding production support to clients across various regions, with a focus on South America.
  • Owning and resolving technical issues — proactively following through and communicating clearly.
  • Serving as a technical liaison — aligning expectations, streamlining delivery, and ensuring success across client and internal stakeholders.
  • Acting as the voice of the client, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bilingual fluency in Portuguese and English.
  • 4+ years in technical support or implementation roles for electronic trading systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with Fixed Income, FX, and/or Equities workflows, including regulations like MiFID and SFTR.
  • Hands-on experience with message protocols such as FIX, SFTP, or MQ.
  • An understanding of network concepts and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
  • A proven track record of solving complex issues and collaborating with senior technical stakeholders.
