Strategic Talent Leader

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a population of consultants across various offices and practices.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Talent Management: Engage consultants in development needs and areas for training, build relationships with each consultant, and assist in directing them towards resources for career advice.
  • Project Staffing: Understand project nuances and staff requirements, anticipate capacity issues, manage expectations, and communicate staffing outcomes to consultants.
  • Consultant Development and Performance Management: Coordinate training, read performance appraisals, and follow-up on any issues or performance flags with the project team and manager.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced business environment.
Essential Skills:
  • Establish and grow relationships at all levels within an organization, effective communication and negotiation skills, ability to manage diverse personalities, cultures, and backgrounds.
