The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Senior Specialist to join our Martech team in São Paulo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and building data models and products, including dashboards, KPIs, and statistical models, to advance our business objectives.

Your Impact
  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics, data mining, and statistical models to solve complex business problems and drive strategic decisions.
  • Design, build, and maintain large-scale data processing systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data handling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Mentor junior data analysts in technical skills, analytical problem-solving, and project management.
  • Conduct thorough and ongoing analysis of the company's data landscape to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Create and present comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data analytics and data science, and incorporate new techniques and technologies into company practices.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of data-driven initiatives and strategies.
