Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Manager to join our team.

This role involves transforming complex data insights into actionable business decisions.

  • Design, develop and maintain robust Power BI dashboards and reports to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources to deliver cohesive report solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop scalable frameworks for measuring platform performance.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate insights into actions and align analytics with business objectives.
  3. Engage regularly with business leaders and technical teams to gather requirements and present findings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, reporting or analytics with advanced Power BI skills.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, transformation and multi-source reporting.
  • Experience with analyzing user journeys and engagement metrics, with a strong visual design focus on clarity and actionability.
