Machine Learning Engineer

We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our fast-growing team. As a key member of our data science team, you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models at scale.

About You:

  • You are a humble, passionate, and experienced engineer with a strong background in machine learning and data science.
  • You have a positive outlook and are interested in working in a highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead strategic decision-making for user growth and product innovation by utilizing the full range of data science tools.
  2. Develop and deploy machine learning models and causal inference techniques at scale.
  3. Design and oversee experiments and analyses to evaluate product performance and drive continuous improvements.
  4. Build and maintain automated, scalable data pipelines to support reporting, data visualization, analytics, and machine learning.
  5. Lead the design and management of comprehensive machine learning platforms.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Over 3 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
  • +4 years of proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Practical expertise in A/B testing and causal inference.
  • Extensive experience with AWS cloud technologies.
  • Proficient in MLOps practices, including model deployment and monitoring.
  • Experience with Docker for containerization and Git for version control.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
