Project Administrator Role

The Project Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to project teams, ensuring projects are well-organized, on schedule, and within established parameters.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage documentation workflows, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support project controls, including independently managing the administrative execution of assigned projects.
  • Prepare and coordinate complex project documentation such as bid packages, technical specifications, and RFIs.
  • Contribute to process improvements and assist in risk identification through analyzing project data and documentation.
  • Develop and refine project administration tools, templates, and workflows to improve team efficiency and consistency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project administration, coordination, or project management roles.
  • Proven knowledge of construction administration and project lifecycle phases.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret project documentation such as contracts, specifications, and schedules.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
