Manufacturing Operations Leadership

The Manufacturing Manager will oversee local plant operations, focusing on assembly setup, facility planning, team development, training, safety, and production execution to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facility Setup: Determine production process, select manufacturing methods, complete facility layout and size calculation, assist with facility selection, identify required tooling and equipment, and manage its installation.
  • Process Management: Implement standard operating procedures, monitor operational KPIs, maintain plant compliance with internal safety standards and external regulatory requirements, apply lean manufacturing principles, and participate in root cause analysis to resolve production or quality issues.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field;
    • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or plant operations, with 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
