Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As an Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and after-sales service of tractors, harvesters, and other agricultural machinery.

You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide timely support to ensure their satisfaction.

In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing equipment, as well as conducting regular visits to customers to inspect vehicles and ensure compliance with industry standards.

You will also be responsible for submitting service reports in a timely manner and working collaboratively with the China Representative Engineer/Sales team to meet customer expectations.
