EHS Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled EHS Specialist to join our team in Latin America. As an EHS Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and the environment.

• Develop and implement effective EHS strategies and programs to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address EHS issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop control measures to prevent injuries and illnesses.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS policies and procedures.
• Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Develop and maintain EHS metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or environmental science.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS, with a focus on process safety management.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards, including OSHA and ISO 14001.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
