About the Role

We are seeking a strategic leader to own operations, optimize digital channels, drive return on investment (ROI), and scale performance across search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), email marketing, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead marketing operations, automation & analytics to drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance channel performance, traffic, and conversions.
  • Deliver actionable insights, dashboards & ROI-driven reporting to inform business decisions.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing operations or eCommerce with 4+ years in US B2C technology.
  • Expertise in automation, analytics, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of improving ROI.
  • Comfortable working flexible hours.
