Technical Project Manager

This is a high-profile position for an experienced Localization Project Manager to oversee the implementation of large-scale IT localization projects in Latin America. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to organize cross-functional teams and manage complex budgets.
The successful candidate will have expertise in Oracle and SAP ERP implementations, as well as experience managing localization projects in the Latin American region. A deep understanding of project and portfolio management methodologies, combined with knowledge of cloud solutions and infrastructure architecture, is essential for this role.
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and executing multi-generational project strategies aligned to meet the needs and objectives of the organization.
- Managing day-to-day execution of localization projects by working closely with global and regional technical teams.
- Cross-functionally coordinating efforts across multiple localization projects and tracking shared outcomes to meet organizational goals.
The preferred candidate will be fluent in English, Spanish, and/or Portuguese, with a strong understanding of local business practices, tax regulations, and localization requirements. PMP, ScrumMaster, or other relevant project management certifications are highly valued.
A comprehensive knowledge of local regulations and tax requirements, combined with analytical problem-solving skills, is crucial for success in this role. Experience implementing eBilling solutions and customs reporting systems is also desirable.
