About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of skilled engineers in developing applications, tools, and infrastructure that drive our security products. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to mentor and guide engineers to grow in skill and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of product-experienced engineers responsible for applications, tools, and infrastructure that drive our security products.
  • Collaborate with engineers, scientists, stakeholders, and domain experts to devise and execute innovative solutions contributing to fraud detection and automation.
  • Mentor and guide engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge, empowering them to make informed decisions with the right tools and context.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on product development.
  • 2+ years of leading or managing engineering teams.
  • Extensive experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Python.
  • Hands-on experience developing applications leveraging the latest web technologies including Canvas, WebGL, and WebWorkers.
