Your primary responsibilities include:
- Guaranteeing team members meet organizational objectives and performance targets through coaching.
- Fulfilling customer requirements by ensuring products conform to customer standards.
- Establishing a strategic management team for marketing, sales, and business development.
- Supporting the management of production forecasts, quality control, manufacturing engineering, and production/material handling through our headquarters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proficiency in Advanced English is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Business Development Management is required.
- Experience in the Energy Distribution Utilities industry.
- Leadership experience in functions such as sales, operations, finance, and engineering.
