Key Responsibilities:
• Manage work processes and administrative requirements to ensure timely request, issuance, and processing of various work processes such as PR, PO, and IO's.
• Monitor and review budget to ensure proper allocation of resources on PR & PO of Parts & Materials, Services, Tools, Logistics, Transportation, PPE requirements, and Accommodation for CMG personnel.
• Ensure timely procurement, transport, and delivery of goods, materials, tools, logistics, and services needed for PMS, Repair, and RTS activities.
• Monitor progress of PMS, Repair, and RTS activities and collate relevant data and information for creating post-outage reports (POR).
• Secure Vendor's Activity and Service Completion Reports in collaboration with ORE, CMG FS Support, CMG Field Services, and Facility Maintenance to be incorporated in the POR as appendices.
• Prepare and submit Central Maintenance Group's yearly budget.
• Prepare Central Maintenance's budget monthly forecast.
• Submit draft POR's one week after each and every outage, whether planned, unplanned, or RTS.
• Execute health, security, environmental, and safety rules and regulations of the company.
• Practice recommended behaviors that adhere to the core values of the company.
• Implement and comply with company rules and policies.
• Perform other related duties assigned by superiors from time to time.
