Role Overview

This accounting position focuses on delivering comprehensive end-to-end project services, ensuring successful implementation and integration of Calypso systems worldwide.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a systematic approach to defining, setting up, or troubleshooting issues on greenfield Calypso instances.
  • Create and deliver assigned projects/tasks, revising as needed to meet changing requirements.
  • Establish best practices for Back Office/Accounting/Operations/Finance requirements.
  • Ensure supporting documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for effective implementation of projects.
  • Submit status reports and coordinate updates with steering committees.
  • Manage deliverables, ensuring transparency of risks, issues, and dependencies aligned with functional/business owners.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in Capital Markets and Calypso.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Deep understanding of financial products cross-assets.
  • Proven track record in delivery of accounting and finance solutions within Calypso.
  • Experience in adherence to governance frameworks and handover to BAU.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of trade flow, trading systems, and related concepts and technology.
  • Excellent analytical skills, project life cycle understanding, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proven analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with technical and business resources at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a collaborative and dynamic multi-team environment.
  • Spanish language proficiency (mandatory).
