Backend Software Engineer

We're seeking a skilled software developer to join our team in this challenging opportunity.

Job Responsibilities
  • Improve the maintainability and scalability of existing systems.
  • Refactor legacy code, remove redundant logic, and simplify complex modules while preserving functionality.
  • Enhance developer experience by improving CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and internal tooling.
  • Participate in architecture improvement efforts.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a strong emphasis on test coverage and performance optimization.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Familiarity with Spring MVC.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Experience working with large monolithic applications.
  • Hands-on experience with API development and web services.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture.
  • Experience working with relational databases and version control systems like Git.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
