Position Overview:

The Training Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing effective educational strategies and training programs within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and propose innovative educational solutions, including the design of training materials, interactive sessions, and assessment tools.

2. Identify, nurture, and enhance the skills of internal trainers and facilitators.

3. Assess and adapt training content to meet evolving business needs, including changes in processes and systems.

4. Monitor and evaluate the performance and growth of new team members throughout their onboarding process.

5. Ensure the availability of necessary resources and materials, such as guides and infographics, for effective training sessions.

6. Organize, catalog, and manage training resources on various platforms.

7. Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for training and certification initiatives.

8. Assist in the evaluation and approval of training partners and vendors.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree.

2. Proven knowledge and experience in Supply Chain and Operations training.

3. Familiarity with various training methodologies and practices.

4. Willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
