Job Description:

The Study Start-up Specialist I plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful activation and maintenance of investigative sites. This involves performing start-up activities at a country level, adhering to regulatory requirements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project timelines.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with various stakeholders, including Site Activation Managers, Project Management teams, and other departments as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for investigative sites, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Perform site activation activities according to applicable regulations, SOPs, and work instructions.
  • Prepare and review site regulatory documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within internal systems, databases, and tracking tools.
  • Review and provide feedback on site performance metrics to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project planning and project timelines.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year clinical research experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
