Human Resources Strategic Partner

Lucy Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Analyst to join our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR subsystems, ensuring effective delivery and maintaining a constant interface with local stakeholders and HR headquarters in the UK.

The role of the Senior HR Analyst focuses on developing strategies and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and employee experience. Key areas of focus include recruitment, performance management, training and development, job frames, compliance, budget, and headcount.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in an HR analyst role. Fluency in English is required, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
