Inside Service Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Service Sales Representative to join our team at Mitel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for retaining and growing our service business by managing existing customer and partner accounts in their designated region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively work with assigned accounts to retain revenue and identify opportunities to expand relationships.
- Utilize tools, data, and additional resources to maintain customer retention and secure annual revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Customer Lifecycle Managers on renewals strategy and plans.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services.
- Manage opportunities in Salesforce from start to finish.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, sales or sales support.
- English language skills (B2 or higher).
- Willingness to work on shifts.
- Strong collaboration and relational skills.
- Effective communicator, strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated.
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce CRM experience.
- Communication technology knowledge is considered a strong advantage.
