Inside Service Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Service Sales Representative to join our team at Mitel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for retaining and growing our service business by managing existing customer and partner accounts in their designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively work with assigned accounts to retain revenue and identify opportunities to expand relationships.
  • Utilize tools, data, and additional resources to maintain customer retention and secure annual revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Customer Lifecycle Managers on renewals strategy and plans.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services.
  • Manage opportunities in Salesforce from start to finish.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, sales or sales support.
  • English language skills (B2 or higher).
  • Willingness to work on shifts.
  • Strong collaboration and relational skills.
  • Effective communicator, strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated.

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce CRM experience.
  • Communication technology knowledge is considered a strong advantage.
