Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- You will report directly to the CEO and lead local and remote teams, fostering motivation and development within the group.
- Craft and implement a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with the company's strategic objectives, focusing on lead generation and conversion metrics.
- Manage the area's budget, analyzing performance, monitoring key metrics, conducting ROI analysis, and creating regular reports to propose continuous improvements.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that maintain our brand positioning, analyze the performance of marketing campaigns (data-driven) to suggest enhancements aimed at generating and converting leads.
- Evaluate conferences opportunities for acquiring leads.
- Ensure the delivery of results regardless of circumstances, always articulating the situation and seeking necessary resources to overcome any obstacles.
What You Need to Have/Be/Know:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economic Sciences, or related fields.
- Advanced level of English proficiency, preferably with proof (TOEFL, TOEIC, Duolingo, etc.).
- Proven experience in SAAS marketing and sales for small and medium-sized companies, as well as expertise in lead generation, branding, and product launch.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in marketing and sales leadership roles with a track record of driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong strategic thinking, and analytical skills with a history of achieving challenging goals.

The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $120,000 - $180,000 USD, depending on factors such as location, qualifications, and experience.
