As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of analytical strategies, ensuring high technical rigor in all deliverables, and driving excellence in execution across Analytical and Stability Sciences.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Analytical/ Stability Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute analytical development and stability strategies, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of project objectives.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to scientists and staff from Analytical and Stability teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, implementing changes to optimize efficiency, reduce lead time, and minimize rework.
- Global Initiatives: Lead global and regional initiatives, driving business impact and technical excellence across the organization.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as a technical expert for relevant matters, including new test method introduction, stability community of practices, nitrosamines, analytical investigations, and other technical areas.
- Education: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemistry engineering, or pharmaceutical chemistry. An MBA or master's/PhD degree is considered a differential.
- Experience: At least 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/chemical industry in an analytical environment, preferably as an R&D Scientist/Analyst.
- Analytical Background: A strong analytical background in HPLC, UPLC, GC, and other analytical techniques is required.
- Method Validation and Transfer: Experience with method validation, analytical transfer, and stability studies is required.
- Stability Studies: Experience with stability studies is highly desirable.
- Language: Advanced/Fluent level of English is required.
