Procurement Leader for NPI Projects

We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to take ownership of creating and executing optimal sourcing strategies throughout the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle.
About the Role:
- This is a key position that requires strong project management skills, with the ability to negotiate commercial aspects with suppliers and build and manage supplier relationships and long-term partnerships.
- The successful candidate will have a background in working on NPI projects and be able to identify and qualify suppliers and partnerships, as well as lead NPI tenders and integrate NPI solutions within the pursuit phase.
Skillset:
- A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as CPM/CPIM.
- Considerable experience in sourcing/procurement in a technical setting, with good analytical skills and comfort with figures, collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data.
- Professional relationship-building skills and ability to interface across the entire enterprise, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, PL, etc.
