Senior Logistics Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end logistics operations for wind power projects in Latin America. Responsibilities include formulating project logistics strategies, transportation plans, and warehousing schedules to ensure timely delivery of equipment. Lead logistics cost control and optimization by analyzing costs in transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, and other links. Reduce logistics costs through plan adjustments while ensuring service quality. Coordinate cross-departmental and external cooperation resources by establishing close communication mechanisms with project teams, suppliers, local logistics providers, and customs authorities. Resolve unexpected issues in logistics links to ensure smooth logistics chains. Identify potential risks in logistics processes within the Latin American region and formulate response plans to minimize their impact on projects. Promote standardization and normalization of logistics processes by combining the characteristics of the Latin American region and the needs of wind power projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields;
- At least 5 years of logistics management experience in large-scale engineering projects, especially in wind power or energy sectors;
- Familiarity with the logistics market in Latin America, knowledge of local transportation networks, customs policies, laws, and regulations, and cultural customs;
- Prior work experience or practical project logistics experience in Latin American countries is preferred;
- Solid capabilities in logistics solution design, proficiency in multimodal transportation (sea, land, air) processes, and ability to independently develop logistics solutions for complex projects;
- Risk prediction and handling capabilities, able to effectively respond to unexpected situations in logistics processes and ensure the stability of project logistics;
- Fluent in English, able to proficiently conduct cross-cultural communication and coordination with domestic/foreign teams and local partners;
- Strong sense of responsibility, pressure resistance, and teamwork spirit; able to adapt to long-term business trips and adhere to the rigor and timeliness of project logistics management.
