Tech Lead - C++ Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to guide the technical direction of software projects with C++. This position involves leading a development team, setting high standards for software design and implementation, and ensuring the delivery of sophisticated, efficient software solutions.

  • Define the technical strategy for C++ development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of C++ developers, setting clear objectives and promoting professional growth.
  • Oversee the entire development lifecycle of C++ applications, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
  • Ensure the adoption of best software development practices, focusing on advanced C++ and related technologies.
  • Stay at the forefront of C++ development trends, evaluating and implementing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • 7+ years of experience with C++ programming language.
  • Proficient in Agile project management methodology, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
  • In-depth knowledge of software design patterns.
  • Advanced IT infrastructure expertise.
  • Strong experience in application security best practices.
  • Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications.
  • Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas.
  • Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Expert understanding of client requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
  • Advanced knowledge of trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.
  • Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, task estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
  • Advanced level of English language proficiency.
