About the Role

This high-impact position involves close collaboration with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to shape and scale our end-to-end quality function – spanning automation, manual testing, frameworks, and strategy.

As a hands-on QA Engineering Lead, you'll thrive in a high-ownership environment, build scalable systems, and influence the quality function from inception.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve the QA function across products, including test framework, test automation, manual QA practices, and continuous integration.
  • Develop a robust, scalable, and maintainable automated test framework for backend APIs and frontend applications.
  • Collaborate with engineers to shift testing left and embed quality into the development lifecycle.
  • Partner with DevOps and Engineering to embed quality gates into CI/CD and release pipelines.
  • Establish and track quality KPIs, such as defect density, regression rates, and test coverage.
  • Champion QA best practices and lead a culture of quality across the organization.
