Job Description:

This position involves training and orienting team members, coaching, payroll administration, assignment management, schedule coordination, worker pool understanding, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional customer service. The Client Success Manager develops relationships with client supervisors, local teams, and contractors, anticipates staffing requirements, and collaborates with other departments to deliver client satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishes a consultative relationship with the client at all levels of management
  • Develops and implements recruitment strategies to meet fill rate objectives
  • Evaluates the talent market and develops a workforce planning strategy
  • Runs reports to identify workforce challenges and escalates solutions
  • Audits onboarding requirements and verifies new hire start procedures
  • Delivers consistent fill rates of 92% or higher
  • Communicates workforce needs to the client using labor market data
  • Participates in client forecasting meetings and stays informed of business requirements
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer-facing roles responsible for multi-level client communication
  • HR and data management experience
  • Familiarity with process-oriented environments
  • Ability to lead, organize, and build effective teams
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
