SAP SuccessFactors Business Process Consultant

We are seeking a skilled professional to help us deliver innovative solutions to our customers. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for addressing customer requirements in SAP SuccessFactors across various industries.


This role involves supporting current and upcoming SAP projects, as well as collaborating with key customers on the implementation of innovation products in SAP SSFF Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Compensation, Onboarding, and other SF suite components.


A background in HCM payroll is desirable, particularly in supporting HCM customers with their migration to SAP SuccessFactors cloud solutions.


You will develop expertise at SAP to deliver tailored solutions to customers, building competencies that drive business success.


The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 3 years' domain experience.
  • Minimum 2 full life cycle SAP HCM Payroll / SSFF implementations.
  • Good knowledge of Brazilian Payroll (Argentinean or Mexican or Colombian is a plus).
  • Excellent understanding of Employee Central component.
  • Knowledge of RM, RMK, Comp, Onb, P&G, LMS and other SSFF components is desirable.
  • HCM line of businesses and processes knowledge is required.
  • Experience in project management is desirable.
  • Good knowledge of SSFF integrations with HCM and SAP products.
  • Superb presentation and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Able to work effectively in an intercultural team.
