Senior Data Architect Position

We're seeking an experienced senior data architect to lead the development and implementation of modern data platforms using Microsoft Fabric. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and building scalable data pipelines, ensuring data governance and security, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex data challenges and has a strong background in data engineering and architecture. If you're passionate about working with cutting-edge tools and making a direct impact in a fast-moving environment, we want to hear from you.

  • Design and build data platforms using Microsoft Fabric (Synapse, OneLake, etc.).
  • Develop scalable pipelines with Azure Data Factory.
  • Optimize data performance using Delta/Parquet, partitioning, and Spark.
  • Model data into easy-to-use structures (star schema, dimensional modeling).
  • Ensure governance and security with Purview, RBAC, ACLs, and related frameworks.
  • Automate deployments with CI/CD for data pipelines.
Requirements
  • 15+ years in data engineering/architecture (Principal-level).
  • Deep Microsoft expertise: Fabric, Synapse, OneLake (1+ year).
  • Hands-on experience:
  • Azure Data Factory (2+ years)
  • Delta/Parquet optimization, Spark (5+ years)
  • Dimensional modeling/star schema (5+ years)
  • Data governance/security (3+ years)
  • CI/CD pipelines for data (2+ years)
