Job Summary:

This is a key role located in Florianópolis for a Technology Team Lead and Chief Architect. The primary responsibilities include leading the technology team, developing technical strategies, overseeing technological systems, ensuring integration of new solutions, and maintaining technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing technology teams
  • Expertise in developing technical strategies and system architecture
  • Proficiency in software development, coding, and code reviews
  • Knowledge of groundwater technology and related environmental technologies
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to team members

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in the water resources or geotechnics is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Florianópolis
